For over 20 years, London Tantra has been dedicated to the study, teaching and practice of Tantra, Yoga, massage and holistic wellbeing.

Our story began decades earlier through international travel, professional training and the study of ancient Eastern traditions — including Sanskrit philosophy, Ayurveda, Yoga, Tantra and related Taoist approaches to bodywork.

From this journey came the development of our distinctive Red Tantra tradition and the training of practitioners in an approach founded upon awareness, respect, professionalism and ethical standards.

THE HERITAGE

Where Tradition Meets Modern Wellness

London Tantra was founded upon a passion for understanding the connection between body, mind and wellbeing.

Mary Celia’s early years of study and training, including exposure to the teachings of Osho and extensive exploration of traditional Tantric philosophy, became the foundation for a distinctive approach to Tantric bodywork.

Over the years, this philosophy developed through the integration of conscious touch, breath, movement, music, meditation, yoga and holistic relaxation.

It became a journey of continual learning — and eventually a school of thought that influenced the training of numerous therapists and practitioners.

THE RED TANTRA JOURNEY

An Original Approach to Tantric Bodywork

Red Tantra became an important part of our heritage.

Our approach was never intended to be simply another massage technique. It was developed as a holistic experience incorporating relaxation, awareness, energy, music and conscious connection between body and mind.

As Tantra became increasingly popular around the world, many different interpretations emerged.

Our belief remains that authentic practice requires an understanding of its philosophical foundations, together with professional boundaries, informed consent, discretion and respect.

These principles remain at the heart of London Tantra today.
